How to Buy

To place an order, your company must have a valid EORI number registered in the European Union.
Once you know which product you want, contact us using one of the following methods: fill out the contact form on our website, email us at info@teamexim.com or contact@teamexim.com, or call/message us at +371 2424 6 888.
We will send you all the needed information about the product, price, and delivery. If everything sounds good to you, just confirm that you would like to place the order.
After your confirmation, we will prepare and send you a Proforma Invoice along with a Sales Contract. Payment should be made within 5 working days so we can start the order process.
Once we receive the payment, we will send you the shipping schedule and prepare all documents needed for customs, based on the agreed Incoterms.
Your products will be shipped to the agreed destination. You will need to arrange customs clearance on your side, usually with the help of a clearing agent.
